Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges may apply. Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product or an error on our part.

We recommend using a 777 Lorry Transport Delivery of the goods to ensure the safe and documented return of the item.
Exchange goods will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.​

Refunds:
Goods sold no refund. Customer can request for exhange goods subjected to approval by us
If approved, the exchange goods will be processed within 3~7 working days
Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
